Information on the processing of personal data
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
This notice explains how the personal data of people visiting adsoluzioni.it or using its contact form is processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Daniele Albano – AD Information Technology, VAT No. IT02315720066, Via Carlo Noè 31, 15048 Valenza (AL), Italy. adsoluzioni.it is the domain used to present the business. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@adsoluzioni.it or made by telephone on +39 339 246 7817.
2. Data processed
The contact form may collect your full name, email address, telephone number if provided, message content and technical information strictly required for security and site operation. The systems that deliver the website may also record technical data such as IP address, request date and time, device, browser and any errors.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data submitted through the form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and manage any subsequent contact. The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in managing and securing communications and the website. Data is not used for newsletters or promotional communications without specific consent.
4. Providing your data
Fields marked as required are necessary for a response. Providing a telephone number is optional. If required data is not supplied, the request cannot be sent through the form; you may still contact the controller directly.
5. Processing, recipients and transfers
Appropriate security measures are used. OpenAI provides site hosting, Aruba S.p.A. provides domain and email services, Cloudflare provides spam protection, Resend provides technical message delivery and, only with consent, Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics. Providers operate under their respective privacy roles and contractual terms. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on safeguards provided by the GDPR, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Spam protection
The form uses server-verified Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate enquiries from automated submissions. The verification may process technical security data in accordance with the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
7. Retention periods
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed to reply and manage any professional relationship and, ordinarily, no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless legal obligations, administrative needs or the protection of a right require otherwise. Technical security logs are kept only for the period strictly necessary for their purpose.
8. Cookies and Google Analytics
The website uses technologies strictly necessary for security, operation and recording the visitor’s cookie choice. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after consent to produce usage statistics and measure page views, interactions and contact enquiries. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. Consent may be rejected, changed or withdrawn at any time through the “Manage cookies” control. Further details are provided in the Cookie Policy.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability where applicable, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Requests may be sent to info@adsoluzioni.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority in your country.
10. Updates
This notice may be updated following changes to the site, the services used or applicable law. The date above identifies the latest version.
